Shauna S Haylock, is from the picturesque Cayman Islands. She is a strong advocate for children, especially advocating that all have access to the highest quality care and education from birth. She has 30 years experience and a PGDEducation with her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. She also holds a Montessori Diploma from North American Montessori Center (NAMC) She serves as the Administrator and Sunday School Superintendent of her Church, and served as Principal of Wesleyan Christian Academy for three years, Founder and Director of Shauna’s Early World of Learning Centre 1992-2015, Founding Member and a Former President of The Cayman Islands Early Childhood Association.

Paige is from the beautiful sunny Whitsundays which is in Northern Queensland,Australia. She developed an interest in early childhood development quite young which lead her to study early childhood education in high school. Paige first started her Montessori journey in 2014 and began in a Toddler program. She was in complete awe watching
Paige is from the beautiful sunny Whitsundays which is in Northern Queensland,Australia. She developed an interest in early childhood development quite young which lead her to study early childhood education in high school. Paige first started her Montessori journey in 2014 and began in a Toddler program. She was in complete awe watching children at such a young age be self-sufficient and independent learners which lead her to learn more about the Montessori Philosophy. She was a toddler guide for 2 years before she transitioned into a Casa environment. Paige moved to the Cayman Islands in 2018 and has been working as a Casa Guide for the past 6 years on island. She has her Montessori Diploma from North American Montessori Center (NAMC) and has 10 years of experience working with children in a Montessori environment.

From a young age she had a passion for being a teacher and started off after her O-level education as a volunteer teacher in the local educational center, while at the same time undertaking private tuition for underprivilege children. She has her Montessori Diploma from North American Montessori Centre (NAMC) and has 15 years of experience working with children.

Anna Maria aka Ms. Anita, a dedicated early childhood educator from the Netherlands. With three years of hands-on experience, Anita has developed a deep passion for nurturing young minds and helping children explore their world in meaningful, fun, and creative ways. Her journey into early childhood education was inspired by her mother, also an educator, who instilled in her a lifelong love for teaching. Anita holds a diploma from the North American Montessori Center (NAMC), which has equipped her with the specialized skills to provide a Montessori-inspired learning environment. This approach emphasizes child-led learning, hands-on activities, and fostering independence—qualities that have become central to her teaching style.

Daniela aka Ms. Dani is originally from San Salvador, El Salvador, Ms. Dani has called Cayman home for the past 10 years. From a very young age, she has carried a deep love and passion for working with children. This calling led her to earn a double major in Pedagogy and Early Childhood Education along with a minor in Inclusive Education
Daniela aka Ms. Dani is originally from San Salvador, El Salvador, Ms. Dani has called Cayman home for the past 10 years. From a very young age, she has carried a deep love and passion for working with children. This calling led her to earn a double major in Pedagogy and Early Childhood Education along with a minor in Inclusive Education from the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain.
During her studies, she discovered her passion for the Montessori philosophy and its powerful role in supporting children’s development. Ms. Dani later earned her AMI Montessori Assistant accreditation for ages 0–3 and 3–6. Her professional experience includes working in Spain as both an Early Childhood Assistant and an Early Years Guidance & Intervention Counsellor.
In addition to her experience and training, Ms. Dani is a native Spanish speaker, bringing the gift of a second language to our Toddler Community.
